Should action be required due to a community, facility, or Administrative Team emergency and it is not possible to assemble the Board of Directors in a properly called meeting, written or oral approval of the proposed action by a board majority may be obtained in a poll of the entire Board of Directors authorized by the President. Any action so take shall be recorded in the minutes in the next properly called board meeting.
