FULL TIME/PER DIEM NIGHT SHIFT LVN

Side Health Care District is looking for Full Time/ Per Diem Night Shift LVN to work at the Taft Correctional Facility

This position is responsible for:

Providing inmate health care and related duties in the Taft Modified Community Correctional Facility (MCCF) to provide care to patient or inmates at a basic level of general nursing care and related health care services.

Preferences:

·      Must possess and maintain valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (L.V.N.) license,

·      maintain valid BLS and ACLS certificate,

·      1-year correctional Health Experience.

·      Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License

·      Must obtain and maintain security clearance with the facility

Required:

·      Work Autonomously

·      Respond to Medical Emergencies

·      Analyze and Report Accurately and Effectively
